Sedum Autumn Joy (Autumn Stonecrop)

Could anyone please tell me the name of this plant?
Thanks to Susan for naming this plant for me.

It has tiny little flowers that are just coming out now in September.

The leaves are very rubbery.

I would be grateful for your help thanks.
